Associate Attorney

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at A Law Firm in Clarksville, TN. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and handling various legal matters in court. The Associate Attorney must be comfortable in the courtroom to handle motions and other litigation matters.

Pay is commensurate with experience and will be negotiated during the hiring process.

• Excellent research skills to analyze legal issues and develop effective strategies
• Negotiation skills to advocate for clients' interests
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic legal environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in handling diverse legal matters
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Tennessee with an ability to acquire a license to practice in Kentucky
• Preferred 1-3 years of experience, however, an applicant who is awaiting bar results and are current 3Ls planning to sit for the July 2024 bar exam will also be considered.
