A Leading Law Firm in South Carolina has an opportunity for an Associate Attorney to join our growing Worker's Compensation practice group in our office located in Charleston, South Carolina. Candidates desiring to work out of our Columbia or Greenville, South Carolina offices will be considered as well. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and should possess strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills. Prior Worker's Compensation experience and current membership with the South Carolina Bar are preferred.As a Worker's Compensation Associate, candidates will have an immediate opportunity for significant case handling responsibility and interaction with clients. Successful candidates must be motivated, highly organized, and have the ability manage a caseload as the lead attorney, while receiving mentoring, training, and supervision from senior lawyers at the firm.
