Description:
Cedar Knolls/Morristown boutique firm seeking a New Jersey licensed attorney for an associate attorney position. The firm represents individuals, business entities and municipal planning/zoning boards. The practice concentration is in land use matters and civil litigation. Candidate should possess 1-3 years of prior experience, preferably with a civil litigation or land use background. Candidate must also possess the following:
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Knowledge of New Jersey Civil Procedure
- Experience representing parties in Court or before Land Use Boards
- Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Word and New Jersey Court Electronic Filing System
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
