Regan Associates, Chartered is seeking a trial lawyer to join its legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping people. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of trial experience in Massachusetts District and Superior courts. Court experience in family law or criminal law is required.This position has absolutely no requirement of generating additional clients/business. Ideal candidates are those interested in expanding their legal skills into other areas such as criminal law, family law and immigration law. Applicants must be motivated self-starters who are comfortable working independently.
The Firm is growing and is opening an office in Stoughton, MA. The attorney will have the option to work at the Stoughton office or its downtown Boston office location.
A candidate must have a license to practice law in Massachusetts and be in good standing. Compensation will depend on relevant experience and knowledge.
