Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, taking depositions, preparing reports, conducting research, negotiating settlements, drafting pleadings, oversight of litigation files and representing clients in court. The Associate Attorney will also assist senior attorneys with case preparation, document review, and client communication. Role includes opportunity for significant production and performance bonuses. Benefits include health insurance, dental, 401k matching.

Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of law and labor and employment law
  • Experience providing legal advice and conducting research
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to settle cases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • One to three years of experience in litigation is a preferred
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
