Associate Attorney

Plaintiffs' personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills is seeking to hire and train an associate attorney who recently passed the bar looking to gain real experience. Attorney will have the opportunity to work alongside the managing partner and gain hands-on litigation skills. Must have an interest in personal injury and litigation. There is much room for growth and yearly reviews for raises and bonuses based on performance.

The ideal candidate must be highly organized, have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to multi-task and be motivated, organized and a self-starter.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to drafting pleadings and motions; propounding and responding to written discovery; taking and defending depositions; conducting oral arguments before the court, negotiating cases and communicating with clients.

This is a full-time position available immediately. You will be joining a law firm with a friendly office environment with the opportunity to establish mentorship relationships with the managing partner and associate attorneys. We are seeking a team player and someone who has a passion for helping clients.
