Description:
We are a small Bee Cave, Texas law firm looking for one associate attorney to join our firm, full-time or part-time. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and able to manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, settling claims, and advocating for clients in court.Previous experience with family law and injury is a plus.
Associate Attorney Responsibilities:
- Consulting with clients to ascertain the details and merits of each case.
- Drafting pleadings, discovery, etc.
- Representing clients at meetings, hearings, and trials.
- Reporting on hours spent on each assignment.
Associate Attorney Requirements:
- Accredited Law degree.
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- Proven experience practicing as an Attorney
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Capacity to regulate and perform under stress.
