Our associates learn how to manage claims from start to finish, ultimately with limited partner supervision. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Taking and defending claimant, witness and doctor depositions
- Drafting client report letters, motions and post-trial briefs
- Developing strategies leading to efficient resolution of cases
- Representation of clients at trials and mediations
