Role Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of business law experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business law and preferably, litigation, with a focus on complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract and shareholder disputes.

- Proficient in conducting legal research
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in the state of Michigan
- 3-5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on business litigation or related fields.
