Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney at A California Based Law Firm. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiations, and handling various tasks related to law, labor and employment law. The role is primarily located in San Diego, CA, with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge and experience in medical malpractice defense.
  • Ability to provide legal advice and conduct thorough legal research
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the State Bar of California
