About the Job:
This is a full-time Associate role, with some flexibility for remote work, we have openings in all offices statewide. The Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing caseloads, attending hearings, providing support to senior attorneys, and collaborating with the legal team.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage caseloads efficiently, with attention to detail
  • Strong responsiveness, interpersonal and communication Skills
  • Understanding of workers' compensation law
  • Experience in litigation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
