The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated interest and prior experience in employment law and a demonstrated interest in representing plaintiffs.

Candidates should have prior experience in employment law and have strong litigation skills, as well as strong writing and research skills.

Job Description:
  • Handling the day to day matters in their assigned cases
  • Drafting settlement demand letters, complaints, motions
  • Taking and Defending depositions
  • Propounding and Responding to Discovery
  • Handling Court appearances
  • Attending Mediations and Settlement Conferences
  • Experience in handling plaintiff wage-and-hour class actions (preferred)
  • Experience with employment litigation
  • Drafting Class Certification Motions, Class-wide settlement agreements, preliminary and final approval motions (preferred)
  • Helping prepare for trial and attend trial with supervising attorney

Experience:
Employment & labor law: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
  • California Bar Membership in Good Standing (Required)
