We are currently seeking a full-time Associate Attorney passionate about excelling in the field of law. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where client service is paramount.Responsibilities:
- Directly work with and provide high-quality service to our clients.
- Collaborate closely with firm owners, attorneys, paralegals, and marketing teams to achieve the highest level of service and success.
- Maintain a minimum of 1600 annual billable hours.
- Exhibit an internal desire for personal and team growth.
- Please note that this is a collaborative, in-person role requiring occasional remote work after 90-days
Education and Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of two years' combined experience in family law and criminal law.
- At least two years of litigation or trial experience.
- Experience in sales, customer service, and client-facing roles is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
- Must exhibit a willingness to learn and adapt to our ever-evolving legal practice.
