Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong research and penchant for discovery.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements
- Represent clients in court proceedings and litigate cases effectively
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Assist senior attorneys with case management and trial preparation
- Provide legal administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Korean
- Admitted to practice law in the state of California
- Strong research and writing skills
- Experience in legal research, writing, and litigation
- Proficiency in Legal drafting and negotiation techniques
- Familiarity with Westlaw, Lexis-Nexis, and other legal research tools
