If so, we are looking for you!A Trust, Estate Planning, & Tax Law Firm is seeking an estate planner for our team to handle estate planning, uncontested probate, and trust administration matters.
Our
ideal candidate has at least 1-5 years' experience. We look for team

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Interacting with clients about case-related work
- Making court appearances
- Drafting trusts, wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, and deeds
- Independently evaluating and identifying potential exposure and risks associated with cases
Education & Qualifications
- 1-5 years' estate planning experience
- Graduate level tax course work is preferred
- State bar certification in Utah in good standing (AZ, NV, CA or ID are a plus)
- JD from an accredited law school
- Exceptional research, writing, and attention to detail skills
- Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Great client interfacing skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Tech savvy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
