We are in search of a hardworking, dedicated, and highly organized commercial litigation associate with one (1) to three (3) year(s) of experience to join our busy commercial litigation team. We offer our associates the ability to work closely with our senior lawyers to build knowledge of the law and grow professionally. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with proven research, writing, and client service skills, and must possess strong academic credentials. Judicial clerkship is a plus. The candidate must be a current member in good standing of the New Jersey bar (a member in good standing of the New York bar, also, is a plus), and be proficient in practice in the state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York.
