A Leading Civil Defense Litigation Law Firm., a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with over sixty years of continued service to our corporate, insurance, and individual clients, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with five (5) or more years of litigation experience to join our Fort Lauderdale team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for the candidate to litigate and lead in a variety of premises and retail liability, product liability, rideshare liability, construction defect and injury, public entity and civil rights, commercial auto and commercial trucking cases for our Fortune 500 clients. This team works as a unit and the ideal candidate is one who thrives in a collaborative environment.

The candidate's cases will range from moderate exposure matters to catastrophic losses, including fatalities, involving multiple claimants. This position is not for the timid as the complexity of these claims demands an ability to work proactively and creatively. As this position seeks a candidate with five (5) or more years of legal experience, the candidate can expect to work with litigation group that will continue to nourish their development. Feedback from experienced lawyers will be constant, constructive, and applicable. It is expected that the candidate will be able to independently manage their own cases from inception to trial with support from shareholders and younger associates. However, the candidate need not be weary of the potentialities of trial as they can rely on a team of experienced attorneys who stand ready to support, strategize and execute.
