There are two (2) openings for Assistant Corporation Counsel Positions in the A Government Entity, Law Department. The annual Salary is up to $82,160, commensurate with experience. See attached for the job description and minimum qualifications.Applicants Must Become A Government Entity Residents and Maintain Residency Throughout Employment.
This Position May Be Subject to A Background Check for Any Convictions Deemed Related to Its Duties and Responsibilities. Convictions Will Be Considered but Will Not Automatically Disqualify the Candidate. No Background Check Will Occur until After a Conditional Offer of Employment Has Been Made. Any Revocation of An Offer of Employment Due to Criminal History Will Include a Clear Explanation and Instructions for Appeal. Employment May Also Be Subject to Pre-Employment Drug Testing.
