Williams Mullen is looking for one or more partner-level attorneys and groups with significant experience in the areas of (i) international trade regulatory law; and (ii) and cross-border business transactions. For International Trade Regulatory Law, experience with one or more of antidumping/trade remedies, Section 337 proceedings, trade policy - WTO, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, OFAC sanctions, Customs/import law, export controls, international arbitration/dispute resolution, Federal Maritime Commission and international transportation law and related areas is preferred. For Cross-Border Business Transactions, experience with international corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, cross-border commercial lending, structured finance, licensing and joint ventures is required. A moderate book of business is required ($750K). Demonstrated ability and relevant experience in prior roles is essential. The position will be based in our Washington, D.C. office.
