Collectively, our firm has close to 1,000 litigators in 29 offices. Morgan Lewis U.S. Healthcare practice offers healthcare providers, suppliers, insurers, and device and pharmaceutical manufacturers sophisticated, integrated, and cutting edge counsel covering all of their unique needs. We advise clients on white collar and administrative litigation; business transactions and joint ventures; US federal, state, and local regulation; coverage and reimbursement; fraud and abuse; and compliance. We also counsel healthcare clients on intellectual property, antitrust, public policy advocacy, real estate, and labor and employment issues.

Job Requirements: Qualified candidates must have completed at least one year of law school and prior relevant work experience in the healthcare industry is a significant plus interpersonal and project management skills as well as excellent academic credentials. Successful candidates will have demonstrated skills with researching healthcare laws and regulations, as well as be willing to participate in due diligence review and document production projects. The position requires a commitment of between 15 and 20 hours a week.
