Description:
The Saint Paul City Attorney's Office is a premier public-law office consisting of more than 60 legal professionals and support staff practicing in all areas of municipal law including criminal prosecution, civil rights, municipal corporate litigation, personal-injury defense, code and licensing enforcement, and real estate and economic development.

The Saint Paul City Attorney's Office is accepting applications for a full-time attorney position in the civil-litigation division.

Duties include representing the City of Saint Paul and its employees through all phases of standard and complex civil actions involving civil rights, land use, contracts, and various tort claims.

Requirements
Ideal candidates will have between five and seven years of litigation experience. Qualified candidates must have strong writing and communication skills, a demonstrated ability to maintain consistent professionalism, and a license to practice law in Minnesota.
